WHAT TO EXPECT

Brows may appear reddish and / or darker in color for the first week- this is temporary.

Sometimes, the tattoo will appear lighter after the dead skin comes off and the color will bloom back to the surface later on.

Final results from each session will appear clearly after about 6 weeks, then it will be time for your follow up!

What to expect at the second appt? We will assess your results and your skin’s reaction to the process, tweak and adjust anything that’s needed (like- lighter spots) and make sure the color, texture and shape look amazing overall!

Repeat the same exact aftercare post second session.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Day 1: Your skin will start slowly releasing lymph fluid right after your procedure. This is a common healing process for our bodies! 30 minutes after your appointment and throughout the first day from the procedure, keep wiping your lips with antiseptic wipes provided or cotton rounds and lukewarm water to minimize scabbing. No ointment today.

The color will look the most vibrant today.

Day 2: The lips may still be a little swollen today. Make sure you keep them moisturized.

Day 3-7: Keep moisturizing with A&D as needed! Some light flaking or peeling may occur- this is normal. Do not pick on any dry skin. After a few weeks: you will notice the actual healed results from your session.

EYELINER

1. Please take a month long break from any exfoliating anti aging/ anti acne products (retinoids, glycolics, vitamin c, AHA/ BHA, enzyme washes, serums, etc).

2. Please take a break from all lash growth solutions as Latisse near and around your eyes area at least 2 weeks prior to your session and 2 weeks after for best healed results.

3. Any treatments such as lasers, peels, tinting, perming, etc should also take place 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks after your appt.

4. Don’t get lash extensions or put fake lashes until your eyeliner is fully healed (5-14 days).

WHAT TO EXPECT

Some puffiness is normal for right after and the following couple of days. Unless one has extremely sensitive eyes and they experience more than the usual puffiness or redness, it shouldn’t affect normal day-to-day activities.

We recommend on a week long of dry heal. Clearly, our eyes are naturally wet but just refrain from soaking your eyes area in water (shower/ bath/ swimming), avoid saunas, wearing eye makeup, applying moisturizer, etc.

Repeat the same exact aftercare post second session.

Each client’s skin respond differently, both in the length of time it takes to heal, and the number of sessions needed for your desired results and color retention. This information acts as a guideline only, and we cannot guarantee your results. The results and longevity of your tattoo will depend greatly on how you take care of it during the healing process and beyond.
